Asiatrix provides digital services including web development, automation, branding, and marketing solutions. All services are delivered based on agreed project scope and timelines.
The scope of work will be defined before project initiation. Any additional features, revisions, or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost.
Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Projects may require an upfront advance before work begins. Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension.
Once a project has started, payments made are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.
Clients must provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback. Delays in communication or approvals may impact delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, the final deliverables will be transferred to the client. Asiatrix retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Asiatrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Either party may terminate the project under valid circumstances. Work completed up to that point will be chargeable and non-refundable.
Asiatrix reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of relevant legal authorities.
